Information we use
If you call, email, or use the enquiry form, we use the contact details and information you provide to answer you and discuss treatments, availability, bookings, or training. The form asks for your name, email address, service choice, and message.
You do not have to provide this information, but we cannot answer a form enquiry without your contact details and message. Please do not include health, financial, or other sensitive information in the form.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to take steps you request before a booking or training agreement. For general questions, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to genuine enquiries. We do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing.
Our website host, Hostinger, receives standard request information such as your IP address, requested page, date and time, and browser or device information. We use this to deliver, secure, and maintain the website, based on our legitimate interest in running a reliable service.
The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. This sends your IP address, the requested URL, and browser headers to Google so it can provide the font files. Google states that Google Fonts does not set or log cookies and does not use this information to profile visitors or target advertising. See Google Fonts privacy and data collection.
Who receives it
Information is available only where needed to us and the providers that host the website, process the form, filter spam, and deliver email and fonts.
The form sends your submission and technical request information to Web3Forms, operated by Web3Creative in India, which processes and forwards it to us. Its current Data Processing Agreement says submission data may be retained for up to three years and that transfers outside the European Economic Area use the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Facebook, Instagram, Google Maps, phone, and email are links only. If you open one, that separate service or app handles your information under its own privacy terms.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry records only while needed to answer you, manage any resulting booking or training relationship, meet legal obligations, or deal with a claim. Host, email, and security records follow the providers' operational and legal retention schedules. Web3Forms retention is described above.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask us for access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us using the details above. You may also raise a concern with Ireland's Data Protection Commission.
Automated decisions and changes
We do not use this website to make automated decisions about you or profile you. We will update this policy when how the website uses personal data changes.
